Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups soy milk, or other milk of choice
- 1 handful of baby spinach or kale, washed
- ¼ large avocado
- 1 banana, pre-frozen
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp quinoa flakes
- 1 handful of nuts of choice
- 2 droppers of Wellabs Biotin liquid drops
Directions:
