We can hear the fireworks already as America’s favorite holiday, the 4th of July, creeps up around the corner! Every year before the BBQ and fun, we rummage through our closets looking for the perfect 4th of July Outfits to incorporate the American flag’s classic red, white, and blue colors into our outfits while still looking cute and fashionable. Well, you don’t have to worry anymore! Whether you are planning a fun day keeping cool by the water or a beautiful night out watching fireworks light up the night sky, we surely have an outfit that will be perfect for your 4th of July plans!

4th of July Clothes

Outfit #1

If you are looking to be the trendiest person at the BBQ, this outfit is for you. Bell bottoms are the classic fit to low-rise flare jeans that were all the rage in the 70s and are making a huge comeback in 2022 fashion. You can pair these jeans with anything from graphic tees to a cute button-down. But to keep it festive and trendy, try a bright red cutout crop halter top! If red isn’t your color, a white top combined with a pop of red lipstick is a great way to keep it classy. Don’t forget to complete the look with a pair of heels to make sure you show off those bell bottoms!

Outfit #2

It is summer; the sun is out, and it is HOT! So, if you’re not feeling jeans for this 4th of July, that cute corset crop top can easily be paired with a white mini-tennis skirt. Tennis skirts are the talk of the town this summer and are the perfect way to be fun and flirty while also keeping it casual. The best part is that most of these skirts have a pair of shorts built-in, so you can run, jump, and spin all night long without having to worry! Tie this casual look together by throwing on a pair of white platform Converse, and you’re ready to see the night sky light up with fireworks!

Outfit #3

Planning on making a splash at the pool or beach? This outfit is the way to go. There are so many cute swimsuit trends this summer, including the bralette bikini or the one-piece with cutouts, that would be perfect to wear this 4th of July. But you can’t show up to the party in just a swimsuit! Make your red swimsuit into an outfit by adding a pair of low-rise cargo pants in white

If you want to still stand out even after the shorts come off, add a body chain to your outfit! This accessory is the perfect way to add some bling to a basic swimsuit. They come in so many styles; you are bound to find one that is perfect for you!

Outfit #4

Another summer trend is the sundress! This may be the easiest outfit you can do; all you need is a fun dress and some cute shoes. They come in a variety of styles and colors, making the red, white, and blue look effortless. Our favorite is a cute blue dress with some white strappy block heels, or you could even find one with stripes!

Outfit #5

Have you seen the asymmetrical jeans on TikTok? The button on these jeans is slightly off-centered, which created a cute V-shaped waistline. They are slowly but surely making their way to stardom… get on top of the trend by trying out these unique jean shorts! Complete this outfit by wearing a cute bandana top in red, white, or blue. These trendy tops are available at stores, making them easy to find and wear. However, if you’re feeling risque and have an old bandana lying around, you could simply tie that on to make a cute top! You can also complete this look by adding a pair of embroidered western cowboy boots.

Outfit #6

Looking for a more elegant outfit? Jumpsuits, rompers, and matching sets are the way to go. These simple yet classy pieces have been extremely popular recently and will be sure to have you serving looks this 4th of July. They are easy to wear and style, not to mention comfortable. If you decide to wear a blue romper, a pair of white strappy lace-up heels would be the perfect way to pull the look together while accentuating your legs.

Outfit #6

Are none of these outfits calling your name? If you prefer a simple casual look, this one is for you. Simply wear the flag! Most stores during this time of year have fun graphic tees displaying their love for America. Grab one of these along with a pair of your favorite shorts or jeans and you are 4th of July ready! You can even switch it around by wearing the star-covered shorts with a classic white, red, or blue tee! Some fun 4th of July accessories would be the perfect way to complete this simple look.
