Get this glass skin look easily!

Early mornings can be tough! Gathering the motivation to get ready can be a struggle, but we can’t tackle the world without looking our best! We’ve got the perfect natural makeup tutorial that is not only quick and easy but will have you ready for whatever the workday may throw at you.

1. Primer

The first step in any great makeup routine is to prime. This will prep your skin and help the makeup last all day long. The Photo Finish Primerizer + Hydrating Face Primer Primer is amazing, especially for those early mornings getting ready for school or work. The gel primer has an instant cooling effect on your skin (that feels amazing btw!) while hydrating and minimizing pores.

2. Foundation

After prepping our skin, it’s time to create a flawless base with foundation or a skin tint. If you’re looking for a glowing look for your day-to-day life, a hydrating skin tint is the way to go (especially great for those with dry skin). One of our favorites is the Perfecting Skin Tint for Dewy Sheer Coverage by Glossier. It gives you light coverage with a weightless feel on your skin. This is great to even out your tone without overdoing it.

If your skin is a bit on the oily side and isn’t interested in a hydrating foundation, we would recommend the Studio Skin 24-Hour Oil-Free Hydra Foundation by Smashbox. This foundation gives medium coverage and leaves a skin-like matte finish that claims to last up to 24 hours!

3. Set

Setting your base is important to prevent creasing, especially around the under-eye area. It also helps keep your makeup from moving or transferring throughout the day. A cult favorite is the Laura Mercier Ultra-Blur Talc-Free Translucent Loose Setting Powder. It has an instant blurring effect on your skin and leaves a 16-hour soft matte finish, and the best part… it’s talc-free, which means it’s none pore clogging!

If you’re looking for something a bit more budget-friendly, the Fit Me Loose Powder or ELF High Definition Loose Powder works just as great (maybe even better). To keep a soft finish, you can apply this only to areas that need it. For example: Under your eyes to prevent creasing or on your T-zone to help oil control.

4. Bronze, Blush, and Highlight

Now that you’ve got your base set, it’s time to add some life back onto your face. Physicians Formula’s Butter Bronzer is perfect to add a beautiful glow to your skin. Their formula is creamy and has a soft texture that melts into your skin.

For blush, our favorite is the Sweet Cheeks Creamy Powder Blush by NYX. They come in a variety of colors, so you can find the perfect shade to match you. Their formula is infused with micro-pearls that leave a soft, blendable coverage with a beautiful glow on your skin.

Last, we highlight! One of our all-time favorite highlighters has to be Fenty’s Killawatt. But for those on a budget, we love Juvia’s Place The Royalty Glow Loose Highlighter. These highlights will have your skin glowing to the gods!

5. Brows and Eyes

Brows are completely up to you! If you have naturally full brows, a simple brush and you’re good to go. If you want a fuller but still natural brow, we def recommend using a brow pencil like the Anastasia Brow Wiz.

We’re going for something quick and easy on the eyes for days we’re running late or just can’t be bothered. The easiest thing to do is just blend a brown slightly darker than your skin tone all over your eyelids. You could even use your bronzer to do this, killing two birds with one stone! Apply some highlighter in the inner corner to help you look a bit more awake and then mascara!

A fun way to add a pop of color to your look without any fuss is using a colored liner in your lower waterline. Blue liner helps brown eyes pop, brown for blue eyes, and purple for green eyes! You could also do this trick with mascara if you’re feeling extra bold.

6. Lips

For lips, you have so many options! For something really simple and hydrating, a gloss is the way to go. You can also apply a nude lip liner underneath to help define your lips. If you want to go with the seasons, a deep red lipstick will look great and have you feeling like a boss babe!

The Complete Natural Makeup Tutorial

Now that you’ve got all the steps, getting ready should be a breeze! You can call yourself a makeup artist now! Getting through the day will feel easier knowing that you are looking and feeling your best with this easy and natural makeup look!

How to do natural makeup step by step?

Start with a primer, then continue with the foundation, and don’t forget to set! After that, you can continue with the trio (bronzer, blush u0026amp; highlighter). Then we move on to eyes and brows, and finish off with lips!

Can you do a makeup look without foundation?

For soft makeup, the foundation is optional, but you can also place a tinted moisturizer for extra hydration and lightweight coverage!

Can I use moisturizer as a primer?

You could just use your moisturizer to ‘prime’ your face, and get the hydration, but using one specific to your concerns can be a game changer!
