Primer
Don’t even consider applying any type of eye makeup without first using a top-notch primer.
Primer is crucial to any eye makeup style, especially glamorous eyes, where you’ll be applying eyeshadow quite a lot.
Primer will do two things for your look. For one, it will ensure that your dream eyeshadow stays on through the night without smudges or fading (which can ruin your night, by the way). Secondly, it will allow your darker eyeshadow to glide onto your eyelid, creating a dramatic finish. It’s a win-win!
Define Your Brows
This makeup look is meant to be bold and powerful. Well, you won’t be either of those adjectives without some tantalizing eyebrows.
Before applying eye shadow and eyeliner, define those fluffy brows, honey. Use a brow gel to fill in sparse areas and create a seductive arch.
To help define the brow further, you can use some concealer or highlighter below the eyebrow, creating carved-out brows with more definition and a sharper angle that is truly meant to impress.

Start with a small line following right above your lash line. However, don’t stop at the outer corner of your eyelid. Extend the eyeliner beyond the corner. You can make your wing as short or as long as you prefer.
