At LakeRidge Winery in Clermont, you can do just that during a complimentary tour and tasting, which is available seven days a week. Learn about the entire production process, which starts with growing the Florida grape and then continues with harvesting and bottling, before tasting the final product. Tours begin at 10:15 a.m. on Monday through Saturday and at 11:15 a.m. on Sundays. The last tour of the day begins at 3:45 p.m. every day.
