Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 36 chocolate Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped

Recipe Instructions: Preheat Oven & Prepare Baking Sheets: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Make the Dough: In a large bowl, beat together butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add both sugars and beat until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined. Shape & Bake: Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in granulated sugar. Place them on the prepared baking sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Add Chocolate Kiss: Immediately after taking the cookies out of the oven, press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your Peanut Butter Blossoms! They are best when enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for several days.
