Alright, all you cool cats and kittens! This year for Halloween, we need a duo who are as messy as the year itself. Cue Carole Baskin and her nemesis the Tiger King. You can keep this costume simple with a flower crown and tie-dye shirt for Carole along with a trucker hat and drawn-on mustache for Joe. If you’re going as a couple, you could even switch Carole out for a sexy tiger.
